To reset the TSplus AdminTool PIN code / password, proceed as following:: 


  1. open a registry editor by clicking on execute / regedit,
  2. then locate the following registry key : HKLM\Software\DigitalRiver, 
  3. delete the admp key and save.


You can also directly edit this registry entry to modify the PIN code.
