Please check the versions of svcr.exe in the following folders.
In each folder there should be the svcr.exe file and they all need to be at the same version.
- C:\wsession
- C:\ProgramData
- C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop
- C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\files
