Problem:
Some users are getting a black box on the left side of their screen when loading TSplus, and it only happens on certain servers.
Solution:
Please edit this file located here: C:\Program Files (x86)\TSplus\UserDesktop\themes\Seamless\desktop0.ini
Then edit this area :
And set 1920 for widthf and 1080 for heightf
(Or the maximum resolution allowed by your server).
